PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program and an information recording medium for writing required picture data and an application for displaying the picture data onto another storage means with simple operations. SOLUTION: The program with the copy function receives a designated picture data copy signal and records, on a first information recording medium 10, a copy program for copying picture data specified by the signal, a picture display program or setting information for displaying the picture data with a predetermined representation method on a second information recording medium 11 if necessary to provide the copy program to a user 2. The user 2 uses the picture display program to display and process picture data recorded on the information recording medium in advance or picture data in the other storage means and to automatically copy desired picture data, picture display program or setting information with a simple operation of clicking a button provided beforehand in the picture of the picture display program.
