PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for oligosaccharide synthesis capable of continuously carrying out sequential reactions of a plurality of sugars. SOLUTION: This apparatus for oligosaccharide synthesis comprises tanks for storing buffer solutions, pumps for sending the buffer solutions, tanks for storing sugar nucleotide solutions and tanks for storing glycosyltransferases, sample injectors mixing the sugar nucleotide solutions and the glycosyltransferases and introducing them into a flow path for flowing the buffer solutions, a reaction tank fixed with primers and reacting the solutions flowed out from the sample injectors and the primers, an ultrafiltration column for separating the glycosyltransferases, sugar nucleotides and nucleotides, and a collection path for flowing the glycosyltransferases plowed out from the ultrafiltration column to the tanks of the sample injectors storing the glycosyltransferases. The apparatus for oligosaccharide synthesis automatically and continuously carries out a complicated oligosaccharide synthesis and enables the reuse of the glycosyltransferases.
