PURPOSE: A fixture for an implant operation is provided to improve a bearing force and adherence at the same time and smoothly perform the anti-rotation function since a coupling tolerance between hexagons becomes relatively smaller. CONSTITUTION: The fixture(1), in which a screw(2) is formed laterally from an upper part to a lower part, the upper end sloped laterally at a predetermined angle for the improvement of adherence to the alveolar bone, a sloped groove(4) is formed from the upper end central portion in an inner downward direction so as to couple an abutment for bearing a prosthesis, and a screw groove is formed continuously with the sloped groove, wherein a small screw(3) smaller in size than the screw(2) is formed projected on the lateral surface at a sloping region of the upper end of the fixture(1). The pitch of the small screw(3) is the same as the pitch of the screw(2). At least two rows of small screws(3) are formed so that the small screws(3) are not overlapping.
