CIRCUIT STRUCTURE, OPTICAL RECEIVER, AND OPTICAL LINK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide circuit structure capable of holding input voltage to a signal detection circuit constant without depending on voltage to be applied on an optical current monitor terminal.

SOLUTION: The circuit structure is applied to an optical receiver 10 and is provided with: an APD (avalanche photodiode) 1 which receives an optical signal; a first current mirror circuit 2F having a first line and a second line and with the first line of which the APD 1 is connected; a second current mirror circuit 2R having first to fourth terminals T4, constituting a first line between the first terminal T1 and the second terminal T2 and constituting a second line between the third terminal T3 and the fourth terminal T4 and in which the first terminal T1 is connected with the second line of the first current mirror circuit 2F; a signal detection circuit 6 connected with the second terminal T2, the optical current monitor terminal IMT connected with the third terminal T3; and a voltage impression circuit 7 connected with the third terminal T3 of the second current mirror circuit and which applies voltage to the third terminal T3.
