<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order support system suitable for order which is performed by using a portable terminal like route sales. <P>SOLUTION: The portable terminal comprises an input means for the planned number of order for inputting information on planned order of commodity and a radio transmission means for transmitting the information on planned order of the commodity to an order support server through a radio wave. The order support server comprises an information extraction means for the information on planned order of the commodity for extracting the information on planned order of the commodity received from the portable terminal, a received order information extraction means for extracting already received order information, a history information recording means in which history information ordered from an order management terminal in the past is recorded, and a stock excess/lack providing means for predicting the excess/lack of commodity stock on the basis of the information on planned order of the commodity, the received order information and the history information and providing the predicted information to the order management terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
