PURPOSE: A LED flight obstruction light and its driving system are provided to prevent the damage of a LED lamp by flowing a constant voltage and a constant current using a constant voltage circuit in the LED lamp. CONSTITUTION: A radiation unit(400) comprises a LED lamp turned on when a current flows. A transformer(100) converts an input AC voltage into a voltage appropriate for driving the LED lamp. A smoothing circuit(200) unit makes a smooth current via a rectifier circuit with the AC through the transformer. A constant voltage circuit unit(300) supplies a constant voltage and a constant current to the LED lamp. A comparison circuit unit(500) controls the constant voltage circuit unit by comparing current variation characteristics of the LED lamp with a reference voltage. And an on/off circuit unit controls on/off and on/off period of the LED lamp.
