<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job analysis system which objectively grasps a job (working time) for every person in charge and is used when balance in the contents of the job and role sharing are reviewed. <P>SOLUTION: The job analysis system is provided with: a job content input means (client terminals 2, 4 and 6 and a job content input part 32) which inputs a consumed time for every classification item (for example, a job segmentation, work segmentation and form); a job content recording means (a job content recording part 34) which records the consumed time for every classified item; a consumed time totaling means (a totaling part 56) which totals the consumed time recorded by the job content recording means for every classified item; and a job analysis management means (a daily report information list screen) which manages in list form the consumed time totaled by the consumed time totaling means so that the consumed time can be analyzed for every person in charge and/or every job. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
