PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a network storage type digital camera has trouble in usage unless a communication path of a radio network can be secured. SOLUTION: In a network photographing system 10, an image pickup device 20 stores photographed images in a storage area of an image server 14 through an access point 18 via the radio network. The image pickup device 20 acquires the location information of the present location from a GPS satellite 24, acquires a base diagram showing the location of the access point from a base information server 22 and visually displays a positional relation between the present location and the access point on the screen.
