PURPOSE: Provided is a production method of magnetized minerals with lots of minerals and high magnetic flux by using minerals having far infrared and anion emission, easy elution and porosity. The magnetized minerals are used for microbial cultivation, magnetizing process of drinking water, water purification of fish farm. CONSTITUTION: The magnetized minerals are produced by the following steps of: (i) mixing minerals containing at least one mineral selected from phyllite emitting far infrared rays and anions, quartz porphyry, quartz diorite, pegmatite, sericite and ceramics, at least one mineral, which is easily eluted, selected from olivine, hornblende, biotite, rhyolite and dacite-based pumice, and at least one mineral forming pores in heating, selected from pearlite, obsidian and pitchstone; (ii) adding 5-15wt.% of Fe3O4 or magnetite; (iii) adding bentonite as a binder; (iv) forming the mixture to a shape of sphere or pellet; (v) sintering at 1100-1300deg.C and stabilizing sintered products at 400deg.C in steam atmosphere; (vi) cooling to room temperature; and (vii) magnetizing.
