PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable fluid bearing device with low torque without malfunctions and breakdowns caused by static electricity electrified at a rotation part, and a magnetic disk device using it. SOLUTION: A sleeve 2 and a shaft 1 are relatively rotated in the fluid bearing device. A dynamic pressure generation groove 5 is provided to at least either of the inner face of a bearing hole of the sleeve 2 and the surface of the shaft 1 inserted into the bearing hole in the fluid bearing device. And at the same time, the static electricity can not be electrified at the rotation part without damaging a torque loss at a low temperature by filling a lubricant 6, to which a conductivity imparting agent with little thickening action is added, in a bearing gap to be formed between the sleeve 2 and the shaft 1.
