ADHESIVE CONNECTOR AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive connector with a small number of parts and a simple structure, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The adhesive connector 1 comprises a double-sided adhesive layer sheet 2 and a thin film 5 made of gold affixed to cover upper and lower surfaces of the sheet and one side of a rectangular hole 2a formed in several places of the sheet. The sheet comprises an insulation sheet 3 and adhesive layers 4a, 4b formed in upper and lower surfaces of the insulation sheet. Therefore, both end parts of the thin film are fixed to the surface of each adhesive layer respectively. At least one of the insulation sheet or the adhesive layer has flexibility. Both connection partners are located in upper and lower sides of the adhesive connector and connected with both end parts of each thin film. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
