PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment controller capable of accurately deciding a function set by a controller to operate the equipment even when the power supply voltage is fluctuated. SOLUTION: This equipment controller is provided with a controller 3 for setting the function of equipment by varying an output voltage by a variable resistance 2 with the power supply voltage of a commercial power source 1 as a reference, a reference voltage inputting means for detecting the power supply voltage as a reference voltage and a microcomputer 6 for A/D converting an output voltage value by the variable resistance 2 of the controller 3 and the reference voltage value of the reference voltage inputting means, and for comparing/deciding them. The microcomputer 6 is made to previously store the output voltage value of the variable resistance 2 corresponding to the fluctuation of the reference voltage value, and the previously stored output voltage value is compared with the current output voltage value so that the function actually set by the variable resistance 2 can be decided, and control-outputted to the equipment.
