PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method of a polyether polyol with a high degree of polymerization and little discoloring in a high yield by a dehydrating condensation of a crude polyether polyol in mild reaction conditions. SOLUTION: The producing method of the polyether polyol comprises conducting the dehydrating condensation reaction of a polyol in the presence of a catalyst comprising an acid and a base.
