PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lid element from interfering with the backward flow of wind at the time of opening. SOLUTION: A storage portion 9 equipped with the lid element 17 is provided immediately behind an air-conditioner blow-out port 3b and at a lower part of the air-conditioner blow-out port 3b.
