PURPOSE: A carbon fiber electric contact formed with carbon fiber composite materials is provided to dispose mats formed with non-woven carbon fibers on flat surfaces of each carbon fiber, and to apply each thermoplastic resin layer to non-woven mats, thereby conducting electric signals by the non-woven carbon fiber mats while increasing mechanical stability of an electric contact or a wiper formed with the carbon fiber composite materials. CONSTITUTION: Mats(152,154) formed with non-woven carbon fibers disposed on each flat side are comprised in layers of a carbon fiber bundle(150). After disposing the mats(152,154) in the carbon fiber bundle(150), thermoplastic resins are applied to outer surfaces of the mats(152,154). By adhering the mats(152,154) to the carbon fiber bundle(150) after completing the structure of thermoplastic resins or polymers, stable composite materials are formed. The carbon fiber mats(152,154) are substantially isotropic, and the fibers are randomly disposed on the flat surfaces of the mats(152,154) not to supply directional properties at all or such that the directional properties cannot be almost provided.
