PURPOSE: A structure on the water is provided to remarkably improve structural safety of a whole fish farm by placing a footboard in an upper part and by forming a structural body to efficiently place a floating body in a lower part. CONSTITUTION: The structure on the water, which is formed in a shape of a structural body, comprises an interval maintaining member(10) having an insertion hole(11) to be arranged at predetermined intervals and to be penetrated at a width interval; and a pair of horizontal members(20) being inserted to be parallel to the insertion holes(11) by passing through the insertion hole(11) of the interval keeping member(10). The insertion holes are formed in a rectangular shape having a corresponding size to a pair of the horizontal members(20).
