The first pressing gap (N1) has a lower pressing roller (23) applying suction. The first gap (N1) has an upper roller (22) with a surface bored with blind holes. It has an upper shoe roller. The second roller arrangement is similar. Inside the first upper belt (20) there is a smooth-surfaced pick-up roller (24). Between this and the sheet-forming sieve belt (10), a pick-up location (P) is formed, at which the web (W) is led onto the first transfer band (20) from the sheet forming sieve (10). The pick-up roller has a blind-bored surface. A pre-pressing gap (NO) is formed in the loop between the counter roller (13) and the pick up roller (24). In the second felt- or fibrous screen pressing loop (30), there is a first transfer roller (34) following the first pressing gap (N1). With the first pressing felt (21) this forms a first transfer location (S1). The web, with the assistance of the reduced pressure zone (34a) of the first transfer roller, is transferred from the first pressing felt (21) to the second pressing felt (31). The drying section has a first drying sieve (40) in which a second transfer suction roller (44) is provided behind the second pressing gap N2). This forms a second transfer location (S2) with the second transfer belt (31). Helped by the reduced pressure suction zone (44a), the web is transferred onto the drying felt (40).
