The fixing structure includes a pawl (1), elastic element (2) and drum (3). The pawl has a ring (11) fixed at the centre section and the elastic element is pushed onto the pawl and inserted into the drum so that the ring fits in the drum. The pawl has a head (12) at one end and a rounded corner (13) at the other end. The elastic element (2) engages by its two ends with one end of the drum and ring. The pawl is pushed from one end of the drum into same and from the other end of the drum projects by a section into the holes of the tubes (41,51) of the front strut (4) and step board (5) in order to fix the latter two together.
