The personalized eye patch (1) has a flexible woven or nonwoven laminar portion with a central area in contact with a side part, and a soft perimeter strip (5) is provided with an adhesive (6) for fixing the patch. The outer surface of the laminar portion has a printed or drawn eye (8) that completely covers the eye by the patch, where the printed or drawn eye has same shape and color of the eyebrow (10), eyelashes (11) and iris (12) as the covered eye. The printed or drawn the eye on the surface of the flexible laminar portion is adhered to the exposed surface of the patch.
