COMPOSITE MOBILE TERMINAL FOR AUTOMATICALLY TURNING ON/OFF POWER AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A composite mobile terminal for automatically turning on/off power and a method thereof are provided to automatically control operations of a mobile terminal based on pre-set conditions. CONSTITUTION: A personal information terminal function module(200) controls a personal information terminal function, generates a GPIO(General Purpose Input Output) signal for initiating a mobile phone function based on pre-set mobile phone function initiation conditions, and generates a termination command for terminating the mobile phone function based on pre-set mobile phone function termination conditions. A mobile phone function module(300) is initiated based on one of GPIO signal applied from the personal information terminal function module(200) and a power key input signal of a composite mobile terminal unit to control the mobile phone function and is terminated based on one of the termination command and power key input signal of the composite mobile terminal unit.
