PURPOSE: A touch panel integrating an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to form an opaque side wall spacer at a side surface of the touch panel, thereby preventing backlight at the side surface of the touch panel. CONSTITUTION: A touch panel(500) has a display region and a dead space positioned at the circumference of the display region. The LCD panel(200,300) is positioned at a lower portion of the touch panel(500) and displays an image signal according to a touch operation. A backlight unit(100) irradiates light to the LCD panel(200,300). A case top(600) covers the touch panel(500) and LCD panel(200,300). An opaque side wall spacer(550) is formed at a side surface of the touch panel(500). A lower polarized plate(410) is formed at a lower portion of the lower substrate(200) and an upper polarized plate(420) is formed at an upper surface of the upper substrate(300). The direction of the inside transmission light by the backlight unit(100) is defined by the upper and lower polarized plate(410,420).
