The engine bearing has a bearing core (4') for holding a fixing for the engine, and a support spring (2) enclosing the bearing core and resting on a flange (7) fixable on the body. A disc (10') with rim (11') is fixed on the bearing core and the engine bearing is designed so that the disc and bearing core are de-coupled. The disc can be completely embedded in elastic material so that between the inner edge of the disc and the fixing region on the core there is an area of elastic material.
