The intermediate compounds are for obtaining main active anti-hypertensive agents together with corresponding procedures. The new compound is of general formula (II) in which R is methyl, phenyl or 4-methylophenol, obtaining by reaction of sulphonic acid chloride with the corresponding alcohol in an inert dissolvent. By means of reaction with ammonia, substitution is brought about of the sulphonate group by the ammonia group (nitrogen hydride 3+). From the medium of reaction it is possible to isolate sulphonates of amlodipine pharmaceutically acceptable (e.g. mesilate, hesilate, tosilate) without need to isolate amlodipine previously, which gives rise to important advantages.
