The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating male infertility, comprising 1.1...1.2 parts of embryonic extract expressed as a dry substance combined with 0.5...0.6 parts of seleniated yeast, 0.012...0.015 parts of zinc acetate, 0.02...0.025 parts of alpha-tocopherol acetate, 23...24 parts of sugar, 16...17 parts of cocoa powder, 27...29 parts of hyperproteinaceous milk powder, 30...33 parts of solid glucose, 1.2...1.3 parts of lecithin, 1.1...1.2 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose and 0.01...0.012 parts of 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-benzaldehyde, with and without addition of 0.04...0.05 parts of ascorbic acid and 0.03...0.04 parts of 3-hydroxy-2-methyl-4-pyrone, as well as to a process for preparing said composition. The claimed process consists in preparing an egg homogenate which is subjected to delipidization by extraction with n-hexane in a ratio of 1:2 and is mixed with the zinc acetate, alpha-tocopherol acetate, seleniated yeast and the other conditioning ingredients, at a pressure of 450...600 bars, finally being subjected to disintegration by lyophilization for 48 hours at a temperature of -45 degree C and a pressure of 2 mbars.
