PURPOSE: An inorganic EL device is provided to lower a driving voltage and achieve a high contrast by increasing a lighting efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An inorganic EL device comprises a substrate(10); an ITO electrode layer(20) formed on the substrate; an inorganic light emitting layer(40) formed on the electrode layer; a dielectric layer(50) formed on the inorganic lighting layer; and a back electrode(60) formed on the dielectric layer. An electron emitting material layer is interposed between the dielectric layer and the back electrode.
