PURPOSE: A composition for reducing the symptoms of hangover, containing an extract of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus, Hoelen, Artemisiae capillaris Herba, Puerariae Flos and Puerariae Radix as a main component is provided. It has excellent effects on preventing hangover caused by consumption of alcoholic beverages without causing adverse side effects on the human body. CONSTITUTION: The composition for reducing the symptoms of hangover comprises Fructus Aurantii Immaturus extract, Hoelen extract, Artemisiae capillaris Herba extract, Puerariae Flos extract and Puerariae Radix extract in a weight ratio of 1 to 5:1 to 5:3 to 25:1 to 5:1 to 5. It additionally contains one or more components selected from the group consisting of the water extract and alcohol extract of Atractylodis Rhizoma, Glycyrrhizae Radix, Cinnamomi Cortex, Zingiberis Rhizoma, Amomi Semen, Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Crataegi Fructus and Hordei Fructus. The effective dosage amount of the composition is 1.0 to 5ml/kg body weight/day.
