METHOD OF PRODUCING PROMOTIONAL STICKERS TOGETHER WITH A LABEL WHICH IS WRAPPED AROUND A DRINKS BOTTLE

The invention relates to a product and a printing method employing two central printing rollers which are connected to a frame comprising six stations for printing and curing each colour. The inventive method is used to produce a label together with detachable promotional stickers for drinks bottles. The aforementioned labels comprise one sheet which is disposed between a white film that is printed on both sides and a transparent film that protects the label and the stickers. According to the invention, a flexographic system is used for printing purposes, comprising: rollers for spooling and unspooling flat polymer material; anilox rollers, rollers for pressing the laminated films, ultraviolet light curing stations; and punching stations or rollers which are used to punch one or both films. The inventive process consists in: applying five colours and an additional varnish or adhesive layer, followed by the respective curing of each component, to each of the faces of the white film; applying a central silicon layer to the transparent film; joining the rear surface of the transparent film to the front surface of the white film and curing the adhesive joining both of said films; punching the stickers together with the label detachment band; and winding the printed, laminated, cured and punched material once again, such that it can be distributed in the form of rolls of labels which are affixed externally to drinks bottles.
