PURPOSE: A keypad is provided to contribute to reduction of a unit cost and increase productivity by being fused on a base plate. CONSTITUTION: A base plate is mounted in a mounting recess(161) of a lower mold(160), and then, an upper mold(170) and the lower mold(160) are coupled to cover an upper surface of the lower mold(160). A casting silicon resin is injected into a lower protrusive hole(162) of the lower mold(160), a coupling hole(151) of the base plate and an upper protrusive hole(172) of the upper mold(170). In lapse of time, the silicon resin is cooled to a room temperature and solidified in the shape of an upper/lower protrusive holes(162,171), and bonded integrally to the base plate(140). The upper mold(170) and the lower mold(160) are separated to obtain a product.
