PURPOSE: A GPRS(General Packet Radio Service) supporting node and a GTP(GPRS Tunnel Protocol)-U packet reordering method are provided to offer differentiated service according to subscribers by setting capacity of a buffer used for reordering according to a QoS requested by subscribers. CONSTITUTION: When a GTP-U packet is received by a GSN(S201), a GTP-U packet processing block checks an S flag set value of the GTP-U packet(S202). If the S flat has been set as 1, the GTP-U packet processing block checks validity of the GRP-U packet(S203). If the GTP-U packet is valid, the GTP-U packet processing block increases a counter value storing an expected sequence number by 1(S204). The GTP-U packet processing block checks whether a reordering flag has been set in the corresponding session which has received the GTP-U packet(S205). The GTP-U packet processing block determined whether a sequence number of the currently received GTP-U packet is the next number of the stored sequence number(S206). |
