The invention relates to pumping engineering .The inventive well jet device comprises a shank (2), a packer (5), a jet pump (6) and replaceable insertion pieces which are assembled on a tubing string (1). The inventive operating method consists in providing for the use of the replaceable functional insertion pieces, including a sealing unit (8) in the jet pump 6, determining upper and low interval limits for perforating a productive formation, running the shank (2), packer (5), jet pump (6) provided with a step channel and the replaceable insertion pieces which are assembled on the tubing string (1) into the well. Afterwards, the packer is released, the replaceable functional insertion pieces are arranged in the pass channel of the jet pump as required. The flow hole research, flow test and well stimulation are carried out with the aid of said instruments and devices and the jet pump. Said invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the well stimulation during the searches, testing and development of wells and a well workover.
