In an inhalable powder (A) comprising tiotropium (I), salmeterol xinafoate (II) and an adjuvant, (II) is in a form having a melting point of 124degreesC. Independent claims are included for: (a) capsules containing (A); and (b) an inhalation kit consisting of an (A)-containing capsule and an inhaler for administration of powders from capsules by inhalation.
