UP-AND-DOWN MOVING DEVICE OF BAR CASE

PURPOSE: An up-and-down moving device of a bar case is characterized by moving exactly the bar case up and down along a guide, preventing drift of the bar case, increasing quality and increasing vertical transfer velocity of a needle. CONSTITUTION: An up-and-down moving device of a bar case comprises: a fixing member and a bearing bracket installed on a power transmission system(2); a rotation axis(22) which is connected with a servo-motor(20), penetrating the power transmission system(2); a rotation link(23) axial-installed on the rotation axis(22); a connecting link(24) connected with the rotation link(23); a bracket(4) connecting a bar case fixing frame with the connecting link(24); a guide device(3) being long perpendicularly and having space in the forward direction; a guide fixed and installed on the middle of the space with a bolt; a body(30) which is set on a lower part of the space, having a holding piece(33); a holding rod installed on the body(30); a holding frame(30a) installed on an end of the holding rod and fixed on a weaving machine(100); and a shock absorbing rubber installed on an upper side of the holding piece(33).
