摘要 PURPOSE: A multi-fluidized bed reactor having the emergency stand pipe is provided to prevent operation stopping accident of the fluidized bed reactor by stably maintaining ore flow through a separate emergency stand pipe arranged between the fluidized bed reactors so that the ore flow is not influenced by gas pressure. CONSTITUTION: In an ingot iron manufacturing facility comprising a three-stage fluidized bed reactor comprising preheating furnace(2), pre-reduction furnace(3) and final reduction furnace, a melter gasifier connected to the three-stage fluidized bed reactor, first to third stand pipes for forming flow of iron ore fine and reduced gas, and first to third gas pipes, the multi-fluidized bed reactor(200) having emergency stand pipe comprises a pipe member(21) which is connected between adjacent reactors, and in an intermediate of length of which a loop chamber(20) is formed to buffer gas pressure transferred from the reactor of a lower side; upper and lower switch valves(22,23) respectively mounted in front and rear of the loop chamber to control flow of ore that is flowing in the pipe member; an inert gas supply port(24) for supplying inert gas into the loop chamber to smoothen flow of ore passing through the loop chamber; and a controller for opening and closing upper and lower switch valves installed on upper and lower parts of the loop chamber by receiving measured values from thermocouples(17,27) for sensing internal temperature of the pipe member and stand pipe correspondingly arranged to the pipe member, and opening and closing a switch valve of the inert gas supply port.
