PURPOSE: Provided is a cosmetic composition comprising a trace amount of recombinant human Epidermal growth factor or additionally glycoprotein of Ulmus davidiana var. japonica. Therefor, the composition improves skin wrinkles and stabilizes the skin. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition is characterized by containing 0.00000001 to 0.001 wt.% of recombinant human Epidermal growth factor, based on the total content of the composition, wherein the recombinant human Epidermal growth factor is nano-treated into a size of 30-120nm. It further contains glycoprotein of Ulmus davidiana var. japonica which is nano-treated into a size of 30-120nm.
