摘要 PURPOSE: A swirl generated submerged entry nozzle device for continuous casting machine is provided which is capable of reducing defective ratio of products produced by corresponding continuous casting process by adding strong rotary power to jet stream of molten steel spouted from the exit of a lower part of submerged entry nozzle. CONSTITUTION: The swirl generated submerged entry nozzle device for continuous casting machine comprises a cylindrical reflection part(20) which is formed on a lower part of submerged entry nozzle(5) having an arbitrary shape in the continuous casting process, and an upper part of which is cut so that the cylindrical reflection part has a certain reflection angle, wherein height (H), cutting angle (β) and an angle (γ) between y axis that is a discharge port direction and y' axis of an upper end part of the cylindrical reflection part have arbitrary values in order to apply rotary power to jet stream of molten steel from the lower part of the submerged entry nozzle.
