FIELD: pipe line transport. SUBSTANCE: pipe line has three-member support mounted on steady sections above and below section of slope which presents danger of creep; single-member and two-member supports mounted on earth creep slope with pipes laid on them; pipes are provided with thermal compensators to take up temperature deformation which are located on steady section below earth creep slope. Innovation of invention consists in saddle-shaped form of single-member support which are installed in specific points of creep slope, i.e. where creep flow separation and bulging are expected, as well as in points of probable contact of pipe with creep section of slope; rigidly characteristics of pipe laid on creep slope are taken for any moment of rated service life of pipe line depending on maximum distance L between two adjacent saddle-shaped supports for any part creep slope which are determined from relationship given in Description. EFFECT: enhanced reliability at low cost. |
