PICKER TRANSFER APPARATUS FOR SEMICONDUCTOR LEADFRAME

PURPOSE: A picker transfer apparatus for a semiconductor leadframe is provided to save the cost invested for equipment by absorbing and transferring various kinds of leadframes, and to reduce time and cost by unfastening two screws and replacing only one grip block as compared with a conventional method in which the entire picker holder is replaced. CONSTITUTION: The first picker(151) is located in a position corresponding to a unit package absorbing surface of the first leadframe. The second picker(152) is formed in a position corresponding to a unit package absorbing surface of the second leadframe. The picker holder(130) includes the first and second pickers. A pneumatic cylinder(120) performs a piston operation to make the picker holder move up and down. A transfer unit and a control unit can make the picker holder and the pneumatic cylinder move horizontally. The control unit controls the first and second pickers to operate independently.
