FIELD: building industry, particularly foundation, namely pile foundation building on soft water-saturated clay ground in conditions of dense urban built-up areas. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of pile forming includes creating well by driving casing pipe with releasable shoe, hermetically sealed head wall and valve arranged at upper end thereof for casting pipe filling with concrete; lifting casing pipe for height of 1,5 - 2,0 pile diameters; feeding concrete; filling casing pipe up to top thereof with concrete; forming widening part by pressing of casing pile into ground; removing casing pipe by applying static load to casing pipe; simultaneously feeding compressed air into pipe through valve. ^ EFFECT: provision of widened pile bottom, increased bearing capacity, reduced cement and metal consumption in comparison with prefabricated pile, elimination of dynamic force application to soft water-saturated clay ground and structures located in immediate vicinity to pile. ^ 2 cl, 6 dwg |
