PURPOSE: A method for product management/maintenance/service using the Internet and a wire/wireless communication network is provided to check a product, performs the backup of configuration information, upgrade the product, and share information by connecting the product with other product or an Internet site through the Internet or the wire/wireless communication network. CONSTITUTION: The product is connected to other product through the wire/wireless communication network, or is connected to other product directly or connecting to a computer through the Internet via the computer. The product is certified by receiving a product number or the information inputted from a user. The Internet site connects to the product, replaces a new version, performs the backup, and transmits the configuration information by reading a failure, and the information of the parts and the programs installed to the inside of the product. The user receives an application from a member shop or an individual to offer a service. A service capability is checked by a question through the Internet or a practical test through a camera. The particulars requesting the service are provided to the member shop or the individual.
