PURPOSE: A method of making an uncooked food product by mixing germinated unpolished rice with cereals, fruits or the like and then grinding is provided. The product is not heated while containing no salt, sugar, sesame and perilla and thus is beneficial for human health. CONSTITUTION: Unpolished rice is soaked in 30 to 70% by weight of fruit juice of kiwi, tangerine, kale and grapefruit and germinated for 12 to 24hr in a germination room with a humidity of 85 to 92% and a temperature of 35 to 38%. The germinated unpolished rice is mixed with unpolished rice, black rice, barley, foxtail millte, sorghum, buckwheat, adlay, corn, whole wheat grain, kale, Angelica Keiskei(Miq.) Koidz., carrot, lotus, burdock, pine needles, beat, apple, persimmon, tangerine, sweet potato, chestnut, Artemisia capillaris Thunb, green tea leaves, celery, kelp, brown algae, laver, Hizikia fusiforme or the like.
