摘要 PURPOSE: A method of producing frozen confectionery by discharging a mix for forming an ice layer and a mix for forming an ice cream layer at the same time from each nozzle is provided. The product comprises two or more ice cream layers and one or more ice layers and thus has the taste and chilly or fresh feel of ice cream as well as a crispy texture. CONSTITUTION: A mix for forming an ice layer and a mix for forming an ice cream layer are simultaneously discharged from each nozzle to form an ice layer comprising two or more ice cream layers and one or more ice layers. The mix for the ice layer has a viscosity of 100 to 5,000cp at 5deg.C., contains polysaccharide thickening agent and has a solid content of 10% or less.
