发明名称 NUCLEIC ACID MICROARRAY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE: Nucleic acid microarray and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, thereby simply and cheaply manufacturing the nucleic acid microarray at one time, allowing for biomolecules to approach the microarray and increasing the reaction rate by containing hydrogel, and fixing a larger number of nucleic acid on the nano particle surface. CONSTITUTION: The nucleic acid microarray comprises a substrate; and hydrogel containing the nano particle having the nucleotide sequence complementary with the nucleic acid on the original nucleic acid microarray, maintaining the spatial arrangement and mirror image symmetric arrangement of nucleic acid having the complementary nucleotide sequence on the original nucleic acid microarray, wherein the hydrogel is hydrophilic polymer prepared by polymerization of monomer unit having an ethylene group. The method for manufacturing the nucleic acid microarray comprises the steps of: (1) constructing the original nucleic acid microarray having nucleic acid complementary nucleotide sequence with the nucleic acid microarray to be manufactured; (2) dipping the original nucleic acid microarray in a solution containing the nano particle with the nucleic acid to be desired; (3) washing the nano particle bound original nucleic acid microarray; (4) filling a space between the nano particle bound original nucleic acid microarray and a substrate with hydrogel; and (5) separating the nano particle bound hydrogel fixed substrate.
