PURPOSE: An EC(Electric Commerce) method for making a relay site perform the price settlement and the profits distribution for writings is provided to naturally include all economic subjects in the EC without interfering the general economic activity structure. CONSTITUTION: A subscriber connecting to the relay site is certified. The certified subscriber receives a certification request from a cooperated site. Whenever certification is requested, an electronic certificate is generated in real-time(220). The generated electronic certificate is transmitted to the cooperated site. The cooperated site certifies the subscriber by the electronic certificate issued from the relay site(230).
