PURPOSE: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) used as a CCD(charge coupled device) camera is provided to input images to the LCD through a device for receiving external information. CONSTITUTION: An LCD used as a CCD camera includes the first data line(10) extended from a source driver, the first gate line(20) extended from a gate driver, and a thin film transistor(40) having a gate electrode connected to the first gate line, a source electrode connected to the first data line, and a drain electrode connected to a liquid crystal capacitor. The LCD further includes a CCD data input line(50) arranged in parallel with the first data line in close proximity to the first data line, the second gate line(60) arranged in parallel with the first gate line in close proximity to the first gate line, a CCD driving thin film transistor(80) connected to the CCD data input line and the second gate line, and a CCD cell(70) located in close proximity to the liquid crystal capacitor and connected to the CCD driving thin film transistor.
