PURPOSE: A damper structure of a glove box is provided to reduce the frictional noise and abrasion of a damper by installing a shock absorbing member at the side of the damper. CONSTITUTION: A glove box(20) has insertion holes(27) formed at both sides of a housing(26). A damper(23) is formed at the rear of a cover(22). A fixing protrusion is formed at the end of the damper, and slides on the insertion hole. A shock absorbing member(30) is formed at the damper, and is in contact with the inner surface of the insertion hole.
