PURPOSE: Provided are SCaM-4delA promotor, a transformant transformed by a recombinant expression vector and a production method for a target protein in a plant by using the same, thereby regulating the expression of a target protein under the specific expression condition, and mass-producing useful proteins. CONSTITUTION: SCaM-4delA promotor is characterized by the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:2 and separated from Glycine max L. A transformed E. coli(KCTC 10381BP) is obtained by the transformation with a recombinant expression vector pBl 4delA, and a transformed E. coli(KCTC 10382BP) is obtained by the transformation with a recombinant expression vector pBl 4delF.
