PURPOSE: A system and a method for integratedly performing settlement by connecting to user terminals and a commercial transaction server through the network are provided to integrally manage user's accounts for the EC(Electronic Commerce), enable the user to easily use electronic cash through the integrated account, and simplify a settlement process through the integrated account. CONSTITUTION: An account generator(21) assigns a user one integrated account for multiple IDs used in commercial transaction servers(400). An account registration database(11) stores the user IDs matched with an account number of the integrated account and commercial transaction information of the servers used by the user. Settlement processors(23,24) perform the settlement for purchase activity of the user performed on the commercial transaction server based on the integrated account. A settlement database(15) stores settlement processing particulars for the settlement performed through the integrated account by each account number.
