PURPOSE: A device for controlling server connecting to a communication terminal in vehicles is provided to execute a rewrite process in parallel with an operation process on communication or stably perform data transmission/reception together with operation/process on communication between a server and multiple vehicles. CONSTITUTION: The first server(2) and the second server(3) are connected to an onboard controller(20) in the vehicle(50) by communication tools(8,9,10,14,15). The first server and the second server are matched with each server ID, and the onboard controller is matched with the controller ID matched with each server ID. If the controller ID matched with the first server ID is set to the onboard controller, the onboard controller and the first server get to be a communication connectable state. If the controller ID matched with the second server ID is set to the onboard controller, the onboard controller and the second server get to be the communication connectable state.
