PURPOSE: A method of high frequency electric resistance welding is provided to prevent oxide from penetrating into a welding section by determining suitability of a welding condition of the high frequency electric resistance welding. CONSTITUTION: A ratio of a moving distance of a melting metal bridge to a gap distance and a moving speed of the melting metal bridge, which moves through a gap formed in a joint section of a steel pipe, is limited in such a manner that oxide is discharged by a rapid movement of the melting metal bridge, thereby preventing defect of a welding section. The moving speed of the melting metal bridge exceeds 300m/min. A ratio of the moving distance of the melting metal bridge to the gap distance formed in the welding joint section is more than 0.8.
