METHOD OF MANUFACTURING PNT SYNTHETIC FIBER YARN

PURPOSE: Provided is a method of manufacturing a polyester and nylon (PNT) synthetic fiber yarn which mechanically rearranges the existent synthetic fibers, and gives an optimal combination thereof, thereby making a synthetic fiber with new mechanical and physical properties at a low cost. CONSTITUTION: The PNT synthetic fiber yarn is manufactured through mechanically entwining synthetic fiber yarns(a,b) from a first synthetic fiber yarn bobbin(A) wound with a nylon yarn and a second synthetic fiber yarn bobbin(B) wound with a polyester yarn into a single PNT synthetic fiber yarn. For instance, a polyester yarn with a dullness of 50 and a nylon yarn with a dullness of 40 are mixed to form a PNT yarn with a dullness of 90.
